A card holds your appointment to secure your time. It is not charged when you book, and payment is settled at your visit.

Change or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Changes under 24 hours incur 50 percent of the treatment price, and no-shows incur the full price.

Couples treatments and packages can be booked online or by phone. Couples treatments are at the Las Vegas spa, which features a couples suite with two tables and two providers.

You may mention provider preferences when booking, though schedules depend on availability and we cannot guarantee a specific provider.

First-time guests arrive 15 minutes early to fill in a short health form and settle in. Returning guests arrive 10 minutes early.

Wear comfortable clothing. Robes and sandals are provided in the locker rooms. For treatments, undress to your comfort level and you will be covered with a sheet.

Free parking is available at both spa locations.

Keep phones on silent in the treatment and relaxation areas to maintain a quiet environment for all guests.

Enjoy water or tea in the relaxation lounge after your treatment. The steam room is available at the Las Vegas spa with packages, before or after your service.

Choose based on the pressure and focus you want, from the flowing strokes of Swedish massage to targeted work in deep tissue or the signature warm oil treatment.

Tell your provider at any time if you want more or less pressure, more warmth, or a different focus. Providers check in during your session.

A facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, optional extractions, a mask chosen for your skin, facial massage, moisturizer, and sunscreen.

Hair should be about a quarter inch long. Avoid exfoliating, tanning, and retinoid products on the area for a few days before your appointment.

Prenatal massage is offered from the second trimester after 14 weeks in a side-lying position with supportive pillows. Tell the front desk when booking.

Lantern gift cards do not expire and have no fees. Package gift cards also do not expire.

Gift card balances can be used for treatments, add-ons, retail products, and gratuity at either spa.

Memberships have a six-month minimum commitment, then continue month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice after the minimum period. Unused monthly treatments roll over for one month.

Gratuity is not included in prices and is at your discretion. It can be left on a card, in cash, or from a gift card balance.
