Terms
The terms in plain words
Six month minimum
Memberships require a six month initial commitment before shifting to a month to month schedule.
Cancelling
After the initial six months, you can cancel your membership by providing 30 days notice.
Rollover
An unused monthly treatment rolls over for one additional month before it expires.
Treatments for guests
Monthly treatments are for the member, but members may book additional treatments for guests at member prices.
Birthday month
Members receive one free add-on of their choice during their birthday month.

After you send the form, the front desk contacts you to choose a plan, select a start date, and schedule your first appointment.

Can I use my membership at both spas?
Yes, members can book treatments and use their membership benefits at both the Las Vegas and Green Valley spa locations.
What if I miss a month?
An unused monthly treatment rolls over for one month, allowing you to use two treatments in the following month before it expires.
Can I pause or cancel?
After the six month minimum commitment, memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
You can purchase a three month gift card for Lantern Monthly, which provides three months of membership benefits without an ongoing commitment.
