The health form and consultation
Every treatment starts with a consultation covering what you want from the session, pressure preferences, and health changes.
Your treatment
Enjoy your service with a licensed provider, followed by time in the relaxation lounge with water or tea.
WHAT TO WEAR
What to bring and wear
Locker rooms feature showers, robes, and sandals for your use during your visit.
Undress to your comfort level for massage and body treatments, where you are covered with a sheet and only the active area is uncovered. Facials feature upper body draping. There is nothing to bring except yourself and a list of medications or health changes.

Keep phones on silent in the treatment and relaxation areas to preserve a quiet environment.
Speak up during your treatment
Tell your provider at any time if you want more or less pressure, warmth, or a different focus.
Running late
Treatments end at their scheduled time so the next guest is not delayed, and full pricing applies.
Gratuity
Gratuity is at your discretion and can be left in cash, on a card, or from a gift card balance.
