Las Vegas valley day spa

Massage designed around you

Choose from six massages ranging from light Swedish to prenatal care, with pressure adjusted to your comfort in every session.

Your visit

What to expect during your session

Every massage begins with a brief consultation to review your health form, discuss areas of focus or tension, and set your preferred pressure. You undress to your comfort level on a private table under a sheet, and your provider uncovers only the area being worked on.

Whether you need gentle relaxation after a long week or focused work on tight muscles in your back and shoulders, our licensed therapists adjust techniques to your needs. Afterward, you can sit in the relaxation lounge with water or tea.

Selecting a treatment

How to choose your massage

  • First time receiving a massage

Swedish massage offers a classic introduction using light to medium pressure and gentle gliding strokes to help you ease into bodywork.

  • Targeted muscle tightness

Deep tissue massage focuses slower, firmer work on specific areas like your shoulders, neck, and lower back where muscle tension builds.

  • Warmth and deep relaxation

Hot stone massage uses heated basalt stones during strokes to help muscles relax so your therapist can work without heavy pressure.

  • Expecting a baby

Prenatal massage provides tailored support with cushioned pillows in a side-lying position for guests past their first trimester.

Common questions

Massage questions and answers

(702) 000-0000
How does the therapist know how much pressure to use?

Your therapist discusses your preferred pressure during the initial consultation and checks in with you during the treatment. You can ask for more or less pressure at any time.

How should I prepare for my massage and what should I wear?

Arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete a health form. You undress to your comfort level before the treatment begins. You remain draped under a sheet throughout the session, and your provider uncovers only the specific body area being worked on.

Can I receive a massage if I am pregnant?

Prenatal massage is available starting in your second trimester, after 14 weeks. Hot stone massage and the steam room are not offered during pregnancy. Please notify us when booking.

How far in advance should I book a couples massage?

Because couples treatments require two therapists and our single couples suite to be available simultaneously, booking a few weeks in advance offers the most schedule options.

Reserve your massage
