Targeted firm pressure
Deep Tissue Massage
A structured session using slower, firmer pressure on deep muscle layers to address specific areas of tension.
Focused muscle work
Firmer work for focused tension
Deep tissue massage uses slower strokes and firmer pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle.
Work focuses on specific areas of muscle tension such as the back, neck, shoulders, and hips. Your therapist checks in on pressure levels throughout the appointment.
This service suits guests who hold persistent tightness or prefer intense pressure. Because of the deeper pressure applied, temporary muscle soreness for a day or two after the session is common.
