Delivery
Digital or in an envelope
Digital gift cards are emailed right away or scheduled for a specific date you choose.
Physical cards are placed in a lantern gold envelope and can be picked up at the front desk during normal opening hours. To place an order, call the front desk.
Terms
The terms in plain words
Never expires, no fees
Lantern gift cards do not have an expiration date and carry no maintenance or activation fees.
What it pays for
Balances cover any treatment, add-on item, retail product, or staff gratuity.
Both spas
Cards purchased at either location can be redeemed at both the Las Vegas and Green Valley spas.
Lost or misplaced cards
Lost physical cards can be reissued when you show the purchase receipt, and digital cards can be re-sent by email.
Not for cash
Gift card balances are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

For orders of 10 or more cards, contact the front desk by phone or email. Orders placed through December 31, 2026 qualify for the holiday gift card bonus.
Can a gift card pay for gratuity?
Yes, gift card balances can be applied toward staff gratuity as well as treatments, add-ons, and retail products.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Digital gift cards can be emailed immediately or scheduled to arrive on a specific calendar date you select.
Can I check or reload a balance?
The front desk can check a balance by phone or in person. For more value, buy a new card.
Can a gift card be used at Green Valley?
Yes, gift cards purchased for either spa location are fully redeemable at both Las Vegas and Green Valley.
