Every session begins with a short consultation so you can tell your provider what you want to focus on and share any health changes. Your provider then guides you through a cleanse, exfoliation, and extractions if you want them.
Next, they apply a mask chosen for your skin. The treatment finishes with a facial massage, moisturizer and sunscreen to protect your skin.
This is our foundational option for skin care. If your skin feels dry from the valley weather, you might prefer our hydration focus.

Your appointment step by step
Arrival and health form
Arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to fill in a short health form. Returning guests arrive 10 minutes early.
The consultation
Tell your provider what you want from the session, any areas to focus on or avoid, and any health changes.
The treatment itself
Your provider guides you through the cleansing and massage steps. Tell them at any time if you want a different focus.
Afterwards
Spend time in the relaxation lounge with water or tea. Your provider will give you aftercare notes.

Gratuity is not included. A card holds the appointment and is not charged unless the 24 hour cancellation policy applies.

What to wear and draping
You will undress to your comfort level. You are covered with a sheet and the upper body is draped during this service.

How to prepare
We offer free parking so you can arrive easily. Plan to arrive early to settle in before your scheduled time.
After your appointment
Your esthetician gives you aftercare notes and daily sunscreen protects results. Rest in the lounge with water or tea before you go.

Who performs this treatment?
All of our services are performed by licensed providers. Lucia Ferreira is our licensed esthetician who provides facials, back facials and waxing.
Are products included in the price?
Yes, the cleanser, mask, moisturizer and sunscreen used during your session are included. We never pressure you to buy retail products to take home.
Can minors book this appointment?
Guests must be 18 or older for most treatments. Guests who are 16 or 17 may book this option with a parent or guardian present at check in.
