Planning a spa morning for a bridal party

Organize a spa morning for your bridal party with clear tips on group sizes, timelines, and reservations.

Gathering your closest friends for a spa morning is a pleasant way to celebrate before the wedding day. Organizing a group event requires a bit of coordination to ensure everyone enjoys a quiet, relaxing experience.

Planning ahead allows your group to secure preferred times and ensures every member of your party can gather together without feeling rushed.

Timing your reservations

We recommend planning your bridal group at least three weeks ahead to secure your preferred schedule. Because group bookings require multiple providers, early planning gives you a wider choice of times.

Our Las Vegas spa accommodates groups of 4 to 12 guests, with up to 8 guests receiving services at the same time and the rest in a second rotation. For Green Valley, group sizes range from 4 to 8 guests.

A 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due on the day of your visit. Group bookings need 7 days’ notice to change guest numbers.

Selecting treatments for your group

Groups can choose from a variety of massages, facials, body treatments, and nail services. Mixing different services allows each guest to pick what they prefer.

If facials are part of your morning, we recommend scheduling them a few days before photos so any redness has time to settle.

Manicures and pedicures are also popular choices for bridal parties, keeping nails polished and clean throughout all the celebrations.

Enjoying the relaxation lounge

Between services, your group can gather in the relaxation lounge to catch up and enjoy sparkling cider, tea, and light snacks from a local cafe. Please note that no alcohol is served at the spa.

At the Las Vegas spa, every package includes the steam room before or after treatments. Ask the front desk about steam room time when you plan. Phones should be kept on silent in all relaxation areas to maintain a calm environment for everyone.

Arriving on time ensures your group gets the full benefit of the lounge and scheduled services without rushing.

Preparing your bridal party

Let your guests know to arrive 15 minutes early for their first visit to fill out a short health form and settle in. Returning guests should arrive 10 minutes early.

Inform the front desk when booking if any guest is pregnant, as certain treatments like hot stones or body wraps are not offered during pregnancy. Prenatal massage is available from the second trimester after 14 weeks.

Clear communication beforehand helps everything run smoothly on the day of your celebration.
